BMS-863233, also known as XL-413, is an orally bioavailable клетка division cycle 7 homolog (CDC7) киназы ингибитор with potential antineoplastic activity. CDC7 киназы ингибитор BMS-863233 binds to and inhibits the activity of CDC7, which may result in the inhibition of DNA replication and mitosis, the induction of tumor клетка apoptosis, and the inhibition of tumor клетка proliferation in CDC7-overexpressing tumor cells.
