Antofloxacin is a well tolerate, orally active and broad-spectrum 8-amino-fluoroquinolone with мощный antibacterial activities. Antofloxacin shows superior antibacterial activity against gyrA mutation-positive H. pylori strains, especially in Asn87- mutated strains, compared to levofloxacin.
